MOTORCYCLE RIDE TO VFW NATIONAL HOME
Greetings to all
I just got back from scouting the ride to the national home. This was a great honor for me to go to the national home My visit there was the highlight of my VFW career. And I want to thank all the fine people at the home who worked so hard and went out of their way to make carmen and I feel welcome. I must now go to work and put all the information we gained on this trip into a plan for the ride.I will be getting that our to all of you in about a week.
The name of the ride has been changed to? THE JOHN FAIR MEMORIAL RIDE FOR THE KIDS. In honor of (big) JOHN FAIR.

We now need sponsors for the riders If any of you know anyone who might be interested in sponsoring a rider a VFW DEPARTMENT. DISTRICT, POST, COMMERCIAL BUSINESS, OR INDIVIDUAL The cost will be 250.00 tax deductible dollars. send the money directly to the national home. and a rider will were a tag with the name of the sponsor and have his or her picture taken with his bike in front of the national home admin building . The sponsor will receive a copy of the picture along with a short bio of the rider and bike and a certificate of appreciation for there sponsorship.
If we all work tougher on this We can achieve a goal of at least 4 sponsors from each department of the VFW Totaling $50,000.00 for the national home.I need everyone's help in this
